AMD SPWG (Nov 2-5)
Being an Gold Member of the AMD Partner Program, NAT is participating in the AMD Signal Processing Working Group (SPWG) event in Dublin, Ireland on November 3rd-5th, 2026.
At SPWG Dublin, 2026, NAT will showcase a live demo demo on drone localization and control. The live demo is based NAT's high-performance adaptive and scalable Software Defined Radio (SDR) and utilizes its eCPRI IP core for AMD Zynq™ Ultrascale+ SoC FPGAs .
In case you cannot make it to our booth during the event, please reach out to us and schedule your personal online appointment with either Niklas Laufkoetter or Heiko Koerte.
We are looking forward to seeing you on-site at the AMD Signal Processing Working Group event in Dublin.
About eCPRI (Enhanced Common Public Radio Interface)
eCPRI (Enhanced Common Public Radio Interface) is a packet-based fronthaul communication protocol used in 5G and Open RAN (O-RAN) networks. It connects centralized baseband processors (DUs) to remote radio units (RUs). By transmitting only essential data over standard Ethernet networks, eCPRI helps maintain the timing integrity of the transmitted data. Therefore, it solves the bandwidth and flexibility challenges of traditional 4G/CPRI systems.
About the AMD Signal Processing Working Group (SPWG) event
This 3-day workshop will explore mapping of high-performance signal processing applications on AMD Versal™ Adaptive SoCs and x86 Embedded APUs, featuring technical sessions focused on advanced design approaches, tools, and system optimization.
- High-performance DSP across Versal™ AI Core, AI Edge, and RF devices
- The latest tool enhancements, including expanded Versal™ RF flow support
- Vitis™ DSP/Solver libraries and Vivado™ DSP IP capabilities and roadmap
- Real-time system design techniques for high-throughput applications
- GPU-Accelerated Computing with AMD x86 Embedded APU’s for DSP
This workshop is ideal for system architects, algorithm developers, digital signal processing software and hardware developers and RF designers, with some knowledge of VersalTM and who are looking for ways to accelerate their adoption of these technologies in their solutions
